Allows insurance carriers to improve customer experience and automate industry-specific CRM workflows
Zipari launched InsureCX, a holistic way for insurance companies to visualize consumer behavior, built on the company’s Customer Experience (CX) Platform. Attendees at the insurance industry’s AHIP Institute 2016 conference in Las Vegas are the first to see the new offering.
InsureCX provides real-time visibility into the customer experience of health plan members. In particular, it focuses on communication with millennials, and expanding brand awareness and satisfaction. The software as a service (SaaS) solution helps carriers rapidly improve member sentiment, and increase the likelihood of members renewing.

InsureCX is installed on top of CRM systems such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, and SugarCRM.
